What to include
The faster we can identify the account, the faster the answer. For anything about a payment, include:
- the email address on your Evenity account
- the date and the amount of the payment
- the payment reference, if your payment provider showed you one
We answer by email, to the address you wrote from, around the clock, and a payment that went wrong is looked at first. If you have not heard back, write again and say so — a lost message is our problem to fix, not yours to live with.
