Privacy Policy

What Evenity keeps, why it keeps it, and how to ask us about yours. Written to be read, not to be survived.

Last updated: 3 October 2026Effective upon publication.Applies to evenity.stream and the Evenity web app and Desktop app.

1. Who operates Evenity

Evenity is operated by PT Evenity Teknologi Indonesia, whose registered address is Jalan pertdabas, Lorong Singgalang 2, Kota Jambi (“we”, “us”). This policy describes how we handle personal data in the Evenity service: this website, the Evenity web app, and Evenity Desktop.

2. Scope

This policy covers data we handle as the party responsible for your account and the service. It does not cover what TikTok or any other platform does with your data on its own side, and it does not cover a payment provider’s processing beyond what we describe in section 7.

3. Data you give us

  • Account data: the email address you register with, and your password, which we store only as a salted hash — never in a form we can read back to you.
  • Configuration you write: the actions, events, sound alert rules, overlay settings, Comment TTS settings, presets and workspace preferences you create.
  • Content you upload: sounds, images and videos you add to your asset library, and the metadata that describes them.
  • Correspondence: whatever you write to us when you ask for help.

4. Data about your computer and your session

When you use the web app we receive the usual technical information a web request carries — an IP address, a browser user-agent, and the time of the request — and we keep the session records needed to keep you signed in and to notice abuse. We record a client’s presence (that a dashboard or a paired Desktop is online, its type and its version) so the product can show what is connected.

5. Data related to your live

You connect a TikTok username to your workspace. That username, and the events of the live you are running, are what the product acts on.

Where that happens matters. The connection to TikTok LIVE runs in Evenity Desktop, on the streamer’s own computer, and the live events are processed there. When Evenity’s hosted parts are used — a hosted overlay, analytics, a hosted event pipeline — the event data needed for those features is processed by our servers. We do not sell any of it, and we do not use it for advertising.

6. Cookies, session storage and local storage

The web app needs a session cookie to know who is signed in, and it uses browser storage for things like your language choice and the page you were last on. We do not run third-party advertising or tracking cookies on this website, and this marketing site sets no cookie of its own.

7. Payments

Paid packages are bought from inside your Evenity account. The payment itself is processed by a payment provider acting as the payment processor: the payment instrument — the card details, or the other method your provider offers — is handled there, and we do not store your full card number.

What we keep on our side is the record your account and our books need: the amount, the currency, the status, the time, a reference that ties the payment to our own records, and the effect it had on your balance or package. We keep this to provide the service and to meet our accounting and tax obligations.

8. Why we use it

  • to create and secure your account, and to keep you signed in;
  • to run the service you asked for: your configuration, your overlays, your sounds, your analytics;
  • to take and record payments, and to answer billing questions;
  • to keep the service working and to investigate faults;
  • to prevent abuse, fraud and unauthorised access;
  • to answer you when you contact us;
  • to meet legal, accounting and tax obligations.

9. Sharing

We share personal data only where it is needed to run the service:

  • payment providers, to process a payment and a refund;
  • hosting and infrastructure providers, who run the servers the service is deployed on;
  • live-events providers, where a hosted feature needs live data from the platform;
  • where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to protect the service or somebody’s rights.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.

10. Retention

Account data is kept while your account exists. Configuration and assets are kept while you keep them, and are removed when you delete them. Records connected to payments are kept as long as our accounting and tax obligations require, even after an account is closed. Operational logs are kept only as long as they are useful for running and securing the service.

11. Security

We protect accounts with hashed passwords, expiring sessions, an allowlist of origins the dashboard may be served from, and rate limits on the endpoints that create accounts and sessions. Access to the operator tools is limited to named operators. No system is perfect, and we would rather say that than claim otherwise; if we become aware of a breach that affects your data we will tell you and the relevant authority as the law requires.

12. Your choices and requests

You can change your account details, your configuration and your assets from inside the app at any time. You can ask us to explain what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete your account. Write to [email protected] and say what you want; if we cannot do something, we will tell you why.

13. Where the data is processed

Evenity is served using infrastructure and service providers that we engage to operate the service, and information may be processed or stored by them. We choose providers that can meet our legal and operational requirements, and we take reasonable steps to keep the protections described in this policy in place wherever your information is handled.

14. Children

Evenity is not intended for children. You must meet the minimum age required by the law that applies to you, and by any third-party platform or service you use together with Evenity. If you believe somebody below that age has created an account, write to us and we will remove it.

15. Changes to this policy

When we change this policy we update the effective date at the top, and we will tell account holders about a change that materially affects them. Continuing to use Evenity after a change means the new policy applies.

16. Contact

Privacy questions and requests: [email protected]. General questions: the Contact page.
