Terms of Service

The agreement between you and the people who run Evenity, in plain language.

Last updated: 3 October 2026Effective upon publication.Covers evenity.stream, the Evenity web app and Evenity Desktop.

1. Who you are agreeing with

Evenity is provided by PT Evenity Teknologi Indonesia, registered at Jalan pertdabas, Lorong Singgalang 2, Kota Jambi (“we”, “us”). “You” means the person who creates an Evenity account or uses the service.

2. Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using Evenity you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service. Registering on behalf of a business means you confirm you may accept these terms for that business.

3. Who may use Evenity

You must be able to enter into a binding agreement where you live, and you must meet the minimum age required by the law that applies to you, and by any third-party platform or service you use with Evenity — including the live-streaming account you connect.

4. Your account

You need an account to use the hosted parts of Evenity. Give accurate information, keep it up to date, and keep your password to yourself. Your account and its workspace are yours; you are responsible for what is done through them. Tell us promptly if you believe somebody else has access to your account.

5. What you may do

You may use Evenity to run your own live stream and to configure the interactions, overlays, sounds and automation you want in it. You may use it for your own commercial streaming activity.

6. What you may not do

  • Break the law, or use Evenity to harass, threaten or defraud anybody.
  • Breach the rules of the platform you are streaming on, or of any other service you connect.
  • Upload content you have no right to use, or content that infringes somebody else’s rights.
  • Attempt to gain access to an account, a workspace or data that is not yours, or to circumvent a limit or a gate.
  • Probe, overload or interfere with the service, or resell it as though it were your own.
  • Use the service in a way that would require us to hold a licence we do not hold.

7. Your live platform is your responsibility

Evenity is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TikTok or any other platform it can connect to, and it does not control any of them. Your relationship with the platform you stream on — your account there, its rules, its monetisation, and any consequence of how you use it — is between you and that platform. A platform change can change what Evenity is able to read or do, and we may have to adjust the service accordingly.

8. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload and configure. You give us the permission we need to store it and serve it back to you — for example, to keep a sound in your library, or to serve an overlay to a Browser Source. That permission lasts as long as the content is in your account and ends when you delete it, apart from copies we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.

9. Third-party services

Evenity relies on other services to work: a managed live-events API for the connection to your live, a payment provider for payments, and hosting infrastructure. Their own terms may apply to what they do. Payments are also subject to the payment provider’s terms, which you will be shown when you pay.

10. Packages, periods and payment

Evenity is offered in a free package and in paid packages. A paid package is bought for a fixed period, at the price published at the moment of purchase, and paid with the Evenity balance on your account. Prices are shown in Indonesian Rupiah and may change; a change applies to a purchase made after it, not to a period you have already paid for.

11. Renewal

A package does not renew on its own. When a period ends, the package ends. You can switch Auto Renew on yourself, and if you do, the next period is paid from your Evenity balance when the current one runs out. If the balance is not enough at that moment, the package ends without a partial charge.

12. Cancelling

Turning Auto Renew off stops the next period; you keep the package you have paid for until its period ends. There is no notice period and nothing to telephone us about. The Refund & Cancellation Policy explains what happens if you want to stop before a period ends.

13. Refunds

Refunds are handled by our payment provider and are subject to the provider’s rules and to the state of the transaction. The customer-facing rules — when a payment can be refunded, how a refund is made, and how to ask — are in the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

14. Evenity balance

The balance held in your account and measured in EveCoin is a service credit for Evenity. It is not a currency, a security or a crypto-asset, it cannot be transferred to another person, it cannot be redeemed for cash, and it does not expire.

15. Availability and changes to the service

We work to keep Evenity running, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service — no honest service does. We may change, add or remove features, and we may need to suspend the service for maintenance or for a change at a provider. Where a change materially reduces what you have paid for, we will tell you and, if it is warranted, refund the unused part of the current period.

16. Intellectual property

The Evenity name, its design and its software remain ours or our licensors’. These terms give you the right to use the service, not to own or redistribute it. Open-source components that Evenity uses keep their own licences.

17. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that is used to harm somebody else or the service, or where we are required to by law. Where it is reasonable to do so we will tell you first and give you a chance to put it right. You may close your own account at any time; sections that by their nature survive closure — payment records, intellectual property, liability, and the rest of this paragraph’s family — continue to apply.

18. Disclaimers

Evenity is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will meet every requirement you have, that a platform will not change what it exposes, or that the service will be uninterrupted.

19. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost viewers, lost gifts, or lost data that you did not back up. Where we are liable, our total liability for a claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event the claim is about. Nothing here limits a liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here reduces a consumer right you have that cannot be waived.

20. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against a third-party claim arising from your content, from your use of Evenity in breach of these terms, or from your breach of another service’s rules or of the law.

21. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. We would rather resolve a problem by talking to you first: write to [email protected] and we will try to settle it there.

22. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we update the effective date at the top and we will tell account holders about a change that materially affects them. Continuing to use Evenity after a change means you accept the new terms.

23. Contact

Anything about these terms: [email protected], or the Contact page.
